... I don't know the answer to the question ... but IME it is the fancy
crimped connector which tends to leak in any case!  Rather than purchasing
another to replace it I got a shorth length of that high temperature hose
(sil-something) from a qlister and used _2_ old fashioned, cheesy hose
clamps ... 

I doubt I'll ever have to deal with it again ...
