	Hmm, this could be your timing belt tensioner bearing.  When I 
changed my belt, the same exact thing happened to me, so I went back in and 
changed it...PITA.  Also, I have seen the timing cover overtightened and it 
scrapes on the timing sprocked (in the center).  A simple push on the cover 
will help confirm this.  I have never had a timing belt make much noise, or 
even "break in" as they say, but you may have overtightened it and that could 
cause it to make noise.  You should be able to twist it 90 degrees easily.
