 Well- I am not an expert on these windows, but I would find the 2 wires at 
the switch that run down to the motor and apply 12V directly to them. You may 
have to do it gingerly untill you see which polarity makes the window go up. 
If you are lucky it will. If not, the  motor/assy has to be repaired or 
replaced. HTH
