84 4kq (no cupholders, one good door latch)

that reminds me, I've grown lazy.  The 4kq has four doors, of which one
and a half can be opened.  I already have explored the recalcitrant RF
door and know what incantations and sacrifices need be offered to fix
it.

The rear doors are both shot.  outside handles whacked - and the inside
handles don't work either.  PO removed internal trim on LR door so I can
access pull rod, etc.  It don't do nuthin.

Could someone get me started on this problem please?
