5000s Glowing Green Leak under Steering Rack

    Noticed a large puddle of glowing green ooze underneath the steering
rack today.  What is this?  Coolant or hydraulic fluid?  I didn't see any
coolant lines running through there, but the color is very similar to that
of brite green prestone antifreeze.  Leaking rack?  Also how does one get
the OXS light to go away during the 30,000 mile lightup annoyance?
