Jorgen Automotive, Ann Arbor MI, (734) 971-6700, sells a high quality
rebuilt steering rack for $185 (plus a $150 core charge).  Shipping
and handling is $15 for Ground UPS which includes a return shipping
voucer for the core.

This rack has a lifetime warranty (including $90 installation rebate
for 1 year) if installed by licensed repair facility.  Void if you do
it yourself.

I have also had two 6 hr estimates for a professional installation.
