I don't know how involved it is, since I've never done it, but I think it's
just the seals that go bad in the racks! My mechanic rebuilt mine for $125
and it lasted at least 3 years (when I sold the car). Shouldn't be THAT
expensive! I think new is around that price. Maybee ZF rebuilt is close.
