Right!  That's why they suck.  The glass is just blue around a regular bulb,
hence why it looks a little yellowish at the light source.  I don't have a
clue what your talking about though....  They definately emit a BLUE light,
and it REDUCES visibility!  My friend put them in his Accord and they were
HORRIBLE!  BTW, I put in a set of Xenon bulbs (no-not the fancy gas
discharge ones), but they are about $3-4 and are a much purer white that
normal halogens.  Cheap and a nice improvement.....  well, untill the euros
and Hella Rallye 3000's go in!
