actually they are 90 dollars for the pair and not everyone has the $$$ to put 
it in thier Ford Pintos.  But the newer light bulbs these days has fooled me 
many many times.  Your probably talking about the rainbow color ones that is 
on sale for 12 bucks.  They are illegal.  The "Laser Blue" lights are almost 
like HID.  I would get them for my car if I had projector lights, like in BMW 
or Acura.  Then I can fake it and no one would know...=)
