i checked on this for my near mint '78 VW Westfalia that i only use a few 
times in the summer for camping, and i didn't find anything.  best thing to 
do is get your car appraised, and go w/ antique or classic insurance. 
sometimes antique or classic insurance has cheaper rates if you can prove 
your car is minimal use, or a "show car" only used at car shows etc, and not 
a daily driver. 
Look at the NADA book value of an early '80's UrQ... prolly most ins. co.'s 
consider it same as a CGT?  get your car appraised!!!....
