1990 tqw, Q FS, & ETKA Installation

Hi Audifans,
Since I had given up all hope of ever getting the ETKA program, I tossed all
the info regarding setup.  Well, I have a Dave Hord copy here in front of
me, and I haven't a clue how to install this sucker.  Can one of you
wonderful gents or ladies (girls take note: I stopped to ask for
directions...) help me out??

Also, I bought a 1990tqw.  Silver grey (Not Sapphire.  what is the official
color??). Platinum interior.  Nice car.  

I have an 88 5kq (non-turbo) for sale.  140km, Zermatt, super clean, well
looked after, new clutch, front end, etc...  $3,500 firm...
or...
If for some reason my Dad doesn't want my 88 5kcstq mit der 2-piece manifold
and K24 turbo, that is for sale instead, 115km, exterior not quite as clean
as the 88 5kq, but mechanically perfect, w/ killer upgrades, same price...
$3,500 firm...
