Yes.

I have tried this, no fna or pump.

Thanks for the info.

 I suspect I have a bad after run relay.  I did pick one up from a junkyard
and tried it, no dice.  I looked inside both relays I have and they do not
look burnt or melted.  How can you test the relay?
