Dunlop tread pattern, colored line?

    Looking at the tires and noticed that if the tires are oriented as if
the were on the car the colored stripes would be on the inner edge of the
tires on the passenger's side and the stripes would be on the outer edge of
the tires on the driver's side.  Is this right, or should all the stripes be
on the outside or inside no matter what side of the car the tire is on?
Hard to describe, but Dunlop owners might be able to visualize this.  Dunlop
SP9000 tires.
