Must be nice tohave access to roads where there is no intervention from the 
boys in blue.  Everywhere I travel I usually run into a cop w/ someone pulled 
over(Luckily not me).  I have enough tickets in the last year.  Well 
hopefully I can get to try out the asphalt testing track they are building 
near are school.  At least someone during one of the lectures said you can 
schedule a time to use the track, its probably a mound of paper work though.
