I'm working from memory, but on the '89 100Q I used to own the visor
could be pulled straight off the mounting rod that enters and supports
it. I seem to recall just swivelling (sp?) the visor in a bit and
pulling it straight off. The support rod is only about 5 inches long.
Try that with yours, before trying to remove the screw-fastened mount?
