I suppose I should pipe up here.  In the price range concerned (about
$400 as I recall), all one has to do is determine how easy it would be
to get one's money back in parts.  Almost any 4kq for that money is
worth grabbing, as a spare for a future, nicer car, or to decide whether
or not to fix it up and run it, or to part out to gain familiarity with
how it goes together.
