Roof Interior

Hello all,

I want to replace the roof liner in my 85KS.  It is falling down all over the 
place, and has some water stains on it.  I found a car (845KS) that has the 
hard plastic liner (no sunroof though)... 

I guess my thought is possibly cut in half in the donor car to remove it and 
install it.... Creating a seam for the sunroof and the half cut wouldn't be a 
problem,  but I am not sure how it affixes to the roof... 

Any suggestions about my approach and how to do it?
