Actually, I think you mean uneven *air* distribution since the CIS system 
treats all cylinders equally ... that said, my limited -- and admittedly 
primitive -- flow testing suggests that both the MC and Ur-Q intake manifolds 
direct most of the incoming charge to the rear of the manifold.  This causes 
the rear cylinders to receive *more* air relative to those up front and since 
they all receive the same amount of fuel, this in turn creates a lean 
mixture...
