If that "canyon" was Barloy Canyon Road...you guys were *very* lucky not to 
have ended up in federal prison thanks to the anal and radar carrying Army 
Presidio Police that still patrol those roads, and do so with a vengance on 
race weekends.

  Hey you're not kidding Mike. As we decended the last hill near Fort
Ord following a very slow Dodge caravan, there was an officer with his
radar out and aimed at all of us. Did I mention that for once in my
life I was happy to be following this fine piece of machinery caravan?
Do you remember this officer Tucker?
Btw, I had to check out my new found boost with the new knock 
sensor;-) Therefore my justification for trying out the canyon road.
Do you think the constables would have accepted that plea?
