Coupe (type 85) window regulator hacking

Hello,
I just finished hacking some better power window regulators into my 83 
Ur-q's doors, ala Huw Powell.
This is yet another alternative for those interested in tinkering
rather than installing the cheapo generic regulators in the coupe.

There are quite a few things that have to be adjusted and modified to
get this stuff working, but it is nice to be rid of those cables.
I bought my replacement regulators from a lister a few months back, he 
removed them from an 81 5k that was crusher bound.
