    I've seen some posts claiming the replacement fuel lines Audi is now
supplying to resolve this problem are no longer braided, the flex hose is
naked rubber. There has been some speculation that the braid was interfering
with the crimp.
    If your replacement hose is braided, you may have an earlier version.
Hopefully Audi's latest effort resolves the leaks. I've seen at least one
post from a lister who had his replacement hose leak.
