5KTQ Hotstart problem

I searched the archives, but didn't find any messages with the same
symptoms...  Most people's problems are after the car has been sitting a
few minutes.

As soon as I shut off the engine hot, it won't restart untill it's
cooled down a bit.  It used to be about 15 mins, but it seems to be
getting worse.  Today, after being parked for nearly and hour, with
fairly cool ambient temperature (about 15C), it still wouldn't start.
The intake manifold was still very hot to the touch.  I managed to get
it started by forcing the injector cooler fan to run for a few minutes.
As soon as it is cool enough, it starts immediately.

The afterrun systems seem to be working fine, as the the injector
cooling fan, and rad fan/coolant pump both run a few times after
shutdown.
