As I recall, mine were a little over $300 each, including shipping ... not 
too bad, considering it's a factory part.  Based upon past experience, I 
feared it would cost twice that (or more!) when I called Linda to price it 
out but was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be fairly reasonable.  
Of course, what choice was there?  Fabricating one locally would be almost 
impossible (and if not impossible, expensive!) and I didn't want to add a 
second one in parallel, which would have been a half-assed solution at 
best...
