I did something a little different (Im far lazier apparently) :)
I tool some aluminum rod bent it into a large "U" so that the ends of the U fit
into the holes in the wheels and then into the rotors. Its long enough so that I
put it into the wheel, then the rotors and it lifts and aligns the wheels with no
effort at all. It also holds the wheel up so I can get a couple of lugs into it,
then I pull out the U.  Piece of cake and takes about a second to get the wheel up
there.
