California Listers: Refund of $300 Smog Impact Fee

In the local newspaper today there was an article stating that a court has
deemed the $300 "Smog Impact Fee" that is paid when non-California cars are
brought into the state illegal.  In perfect bureaucratic form the state has
decided that only people who apply for a refund will get one ...

So if there are any of you out there like me, who have paid this illegal tax
since September 1992, check out http://www.wyca.com or call (877) SMOG FEE
to get your claim for a refund form and submit it ASAP.
