Usually running an Audi on a jumper, after it is
running will result in the ABS fuse under the cover of
driver side kick panel to burn. This is due to excess
current being pumped to the system by the started
vehicle and the jumper devices (be it a car or a
charger). I believe this is a 10A fuse. If your ABS
fuse has been replaced, and is now lets say 15A, then
the same conition could cause the ABS computer as well
as other devices in the electrical system to burn.

This ofcourse applies to other components of the
electrical system, except it looks like the fuel pump,
and ABS systems are the most sensitive. Check to see
if your ABS fuse that was used has a rating higher
than 10A.

The safest is is to replace the battery when in need
of a start. Since that is not possible at all times,
disconnect the jumpers as soon as your car is started.
And don't rev the engines while jumping.

And as for the computer u replaced, it is for the ABS
system only. Others are located in the passenger
compartment.
