RE: License Plate inqurie

You call the police & report a hit & run accident. They, the Police, with
all of the vast crime fighting resources at their control (i.e. a direct
pipeline into the Department of Motor Vehicles records) chase the culprit
and shoot him, not you. Justice is done. I'm only sending this message so
that you do not fall into the hands of the ersatz legal community "Another
Speeding Ticket" thread on this list.

Subject: License Plate inqurie

Hello everyone.

I am not a lister person but I am planning on getting an Audi soon. My
friend directed me here.

I am wondering what I need to do to get the register owner of a lisence
plate number. Do I call the DMV or tabs places?

Some idiot hit my car and someone left a note that saw it.
Police is not being of any help. I need to take picture of the car that hit
me before its too late(they might fix it).

I live in the Seattle Area and it happened in the University District.

Please e-mail me directly, because I am not a list person.

For those who help me, I sincerely thank you. I am sorry about the
intrusion, please forgive me, I have no where to turn.
