So to measure the rear toe (5' of arc plus/minus 5' - 0.08 degree) on a
16" wheel you need to achieve 0.0223" +/- 0.0223"?
Twenty thou plus/minus twenty thou with a rig like that? And that's
only to get within tolerance - doing it accurately you'd have to get
within five thou at least.
