I would say putting a little bit of nvr-sieze where the rim meets the hub 
would be OK... but you shouldn't be putting anything on the lugbolts...  They 
should be torqued down to 85-90 ft-lbs... if you can't loosen that kind of 
torgue, you need to be going to the gym....
