Please be careful while doing this operation, it works best when you 
carefully lock the engine. A better method is the nylon rope trick. In this 
case you insert a length of high quality nylon rope through the spark plugs 
hole then rotate the engine to compress it, lock the engine and remove the 
valve spring etc.
