Orin,
FYI -- The 2069 is exactly the right size for the strut caps on the
_rear_ of the '89 80q that I'm working on (and therefore I would assume
that it would work on the rear of the 4kq's as well).
The fronts are a different story. The diameter of the cap is smaller
and therefore has a smaller hex opening in the cap which the 2060 won't
fit. The Zelenda catalog (who BTW, have a very limited website at
http://www.zelenda.com) that I got from Scott shows a different tool for
these. (Similar in appearance, just different dimensions.)
Luckily I was able to remove the front caps with a set of big effin'
pliers; they weren't stuck on like the rears.
Just for future reference,

'85 turbo GT coupe (just don't use WOT in first gear!)
'89 80q (new struts - now where the hell did I put the tie-rods?!)
'89 200q (keeps goin' and goin' and goin' . . . . . )
