it is not that hard really - if the bolts are clean.  I did it when
putting CIS-E on my car, removing manifolds that were installed with S/S
hardware about three years ago.  Photo of this result at:

You know, I looked at how the 4kq cat would hook up and it seemed to me,
without actually bolting it on, that it would hit something like the
transmission... I may be wrong.

If you're putting the 4kq stuff on a coupe it's definitely time to plan
that increased diameter system.

Did you know the first thing the pipe behind the cat on a 4kq does is
decrease in diameter?

btw, the new OXS should be heated, oh, I already said that.
