That's what the digital reading on the dash shows when I turn on the ignition switch. Anyone have any idea what wire(s) are out of sorts to cause that to happen? If you've BTDT, was the solution something less than rewiring the ECU?
BTW, the fuel pump starts to run immediately as well. I've swapped out ECUs and fuel pump relays and the same problems are still there.
