flickering LEDs & spark noise on radio (864KQ) - Ideas?

This is something new.  I hear a popping noise (like a spark noise) on both
FM & AM bands of the radio, plus, at night, I can see the whole range of
LEDs that make up the voltage & oil temp gauges flickering.  (The proper
individual LED is properly lit as usual & the gauges read normally, but the
rest of the LEDs sort of half glimmer & flicker).  I've got new Beru wires
(& I've checked for proper contact at cap & plugs), checked for loose fuses
& relays, cleaned contacts at alternator, battery, coil  & starter.  Nothin.
Otherwise, car runs & operates fine.  Anyone ever experienced anything like
this?  Ideas?
