Re: Tires (here we go again)
I'm really not bitching, complaining or chastising. Actually, I follow all the tire
discussions quite closely. The lead snow tire expert last year was none other than Scott
J - who did a marvelous dissertation on the response of just about all makes at
Steamboat.
We just all need a little levity here these days. I've seen the rancor level on the list
high before, but never higher than the last couple of weeks. It saddens me, because it
cheapens the list. I've save so much money and met so many good people I'd hate to see
it suffer just at a time when Audi prestige is reaching the highest point here in the US
it has ever seen.
It would also be wise to assume if there are new models of snow tire avail now that
weren't around last year its likely that no one on the list has tried them out yet...
