What the heck does it matter if it is factory new???  You can get an MC
block for cheap, and then essentially replace everything but the crank and
the camshaft for around 3-4k, and it all starts to make sense.  Especially
since there will be a lot less work involved (all relative I suppose...)
not many people would be interested in getting A4 motors since the
alternative is so much cheaper (especially if you find a good motor that
you don't need to rebuild) and will produce very similar HP gains.
