I've heard that feature only works in garages with soccer moms wearing high
heels wanting a new entry point into their living room from the garage....
But really... I think all the Bosch engine management systems will start up
the injectors at 1,000rpm or so to keep the engine from stalling in gear.
So if it was gas'in it, it would be using hte cruise control motor probably
to pull the pedal down/throttle open. Try going in 1st gear at 1500rpm,
then letting off and it should go down to 1,000rpm or so, then kick back up.
