RE: warm air intake hose



Huw and all

I have run K & N's in three or four of my cars and  in my experience you get
a bit more top end plus a nice induction sound. Good value for money and
they can be cleaned and reused.

No.  Two reasons I can remember right now...
One, I don't get this "noise is cool" thing.  I would just as soon have
my car be silent...
Two, that system helps reduce emissions and speed up warm up slightly on
very cold starts.

Oh, yeah, and I don't "believe" in K&N filters... not yet anyway.
