BBB -- NAC (Was: Re: Really bad TT ownership experience)

I wouldn't underestimate the powers of the BBB. This is WAY off topic, but I
worked as an assistant manager with a theater chain this summer. There was a
customer service problem that we though we had resolved. Because the
customer had a grudge she sent a letter to the BBB. We later heard about it
and we did all that we could to resolve the situation with the BBB and the
customer. We were in the clear and corporate was behind us. However the
customer felt otherwise and conviced the BBB that she had been treated
badly. As an effect the BBB called the local Department of Health who
inspected us immediately and wrote us up on totally bogus deductions.

Now don't get me wrong, I think the BBB is a great organization. Just think
this case went overboard. Kinda makes you wonder what they could do with a
car dealership.

Good luck to the original poster. I'd suggest making sure you keep an effort
to resolve the situation, as opposed to simply holding a grudge because of
what has happened.

I guess it would be too optimistic to hope this will reform Audi's whole
approach to customer service.
