Source for Bose components

Car is 1991 200 Turbo

Does anyone know of a reliable source for replacing the front door speakers?
Local dealer referred me to a repair store. (BTW... I'm assuming the amp is
blown. Speaker makes a high pitch as soon as head unit (factory) is turned
on. Even when volume is too low to hear. Ring goes away when volume is
turned WAY up)

Audi part number is 441 035 381x

Also, as much as I hate to admit it, I've never had to remove the door
panels on the 2C. What's the best way?
