Ok I have had a similar experience with Carlson parts.  I think Linda is a
Bit@&.  Anytime I get her she is in a mood, with a Tude!  What ever..  I
agree get someone else to help you.  I had a couple of special order parts
ordered on Monday, they cant order it until Tues so maybe Thursday.  I call
on Friday they say that the parts are in and " I am supprised no one called
you" .  Ok I go down after work Two kids in tow..  Walk up.. Hi I am Dan.  I
am here to pick up my parts.   Ok I am there 20 min and they can't find the
parts.  Didi went home and I dont know where the parts are.  Ok I guess Ill
call on Monday.  I call on Monday and Didi says she has to re order the
parts.  Then later she calls to let me know they found it again.  Monday
after waiting in line for 15 min I get my stupid 3 dollar parts required to
make the brakes work.
