RE: FS: '87 4kq Turbo
Jeesh,
I dont see much bashing. We are taling about TRACK duty here and
which car handles better. We all know the 5ktq is a superior long
distance cruiser. Thats not what we are talking about.
Secondly, sure, an $80,000 Mitsu Evo Iv will outrun a well prepped
4ktq. But that is HARDLY a fair comparison. we are comparing $7,500 cars
(200 vs 4ktq) not comparing an 80's vintage 4ktq to a late 90's Rally
ccar for the street. not EVEn the same thing. Nor is the comparison to
the Porsche. Ro the Skyline GT-R. . Give me a break. Letts stick with
comparing apples to apples or at least apples to oranges. Not Apples to
Pineapples and Pumpkin. Lets throw some Lettuce int here for kicks. :-)
If you want to up the stakes, lets put your Evo IV up agains
Alex's 20vt 4ktq. Now thats a $30,000 4kq to an $80,000 Evo IV. I have
seen his 4ktq hold off a 911 Twin turbo so I bet it could hold off the Evo
fairly well as well. Granted, the Evo will be more comfortable but lets
get real with comparisons here.
Done ranting. Donning Nomex.
