200q20v wipers won't go into rest position

    Mother's 200q20v has a slight problem.  The wipers work just fine, but
when they go to their rest position it is at a 45 degree angle across the
windshield.  The wipers go full motion, all the way to normal rest position,
then they go back to the 45 degree angle and just stay there.  I have
temporarily just moved them back down by hand.  What gives here?  Just
happened after she was driving around in the rain, then turned 'em off, and
they sat a weird angle.  Now it's been two days and it hasn't magically
fixed itself yet.  Anyone had this one before?
