SFNAC, but the other day I saw some truck/SUV up in the air with dual
rear brakes systems.  hydraulic calipers and rotors for pedal braking,
with tiny little drum brakes in the center for the handbrake.

Couldn't you just stick a 2 x 4 through the spokes in the wheels?
