Try that Switzerland.... 

1) you'd be up for minimum 650 US dollars
and 
2) you'd lose your license for a minimum of 1 month

I was doing 160km/h (100mph) on the motorway (limit
120km/h) and got caught by an unmarked BMW 5 series.  
Don't know how I managed it but he gave me a fine for
21-25km/h over and a 165 US dollar fine
