5ktq: oil cooler line fitting type and size?

So I had an extra oil cooler with lines sitting in my parts bin.  This was
from the '87 5ktqw I wrecked -- or so I thought!  Well, after having them
rebuilt and the car with the leaky lines up on jack stands and ready to be
fixed, I find out that the line end fittings are too small!

These must have be lines from an EARLIER 5kt!  Yikes!

So after 3 hours, the LEAKY lines are back on and we're right back where I
started from!

Anyone know the line FITTING type, size, etc. so that I can have the proper
ones made up BEFORE tackling this again?  I'm scrapping the stock oil
cooler in favor of an aftermarket unit, BTW.

Alternatively, does anyone have some bad oil cooler lines with good end
fittings they want to get rid of or sell?  This would need to come off the
later 5ktq and have oil cooler lines that are removed with a wrench BIGGER
than 22mm.
