Sorry to jump to conclusions...

sounds like you want a "plug" that will go into the old headlight socket
and get the "data" to the relays.

one way is to use the base of a broken light bulb...

Are your old lights rect sealed beams?  

Then simple 1/4" male spades will work, you only need two (one for high,
one for low), and you only need to work from one outer lamp socket.  The
other three lamp sockets can just be zip tied out of the way (or
removed).

I suspect I still don't understand what you really mean since you make
it sound a lot more complicated than my answer.
