As far as Ice racing with the BMW club, not sure what car you drive, but 
there were at least 3 4000qs that went on a regular basis last year (Glenn 
Lawton, Tom Tate and myself). There is a 4wd/blizzak class that is basically 
only 4000qs. I also run a Rabbit GTI with menards, and that's a blast. But 
there are classes for everything from Alfas to Explorers. They also usually 
rent a car/truck/SUV that you can run for a minimal fee. 

You (and others) should defininitely come check it out....it's cheap, fun and 
educational. Besides, what else are you going to do on a Sunday after 
football season?
