Engine Removal

Engine removal and replacement

• Pull the connector off the radiator thermoswitch and tie the loom aside with a cable tie
• Undo the radiator mounting bushes
• Detach the right radiator cowling
• Remove the radiator undertray
• Lift the radiator out of the car, if necessary moving the washer reservoir out of the way
• Detach the concertina hose from the injector cooling fan

• Detach the control pressure regulator (a.k.a. the warm-up regulator) - the hoses remain attached - special tool useful
