Sounds like the dreaded short to ground coil failure. Especially if no
codes can be pulled.
Check 15 amp fuse above the ecu. I'll bet its blown.
If so, one way to determine the blown coil is to disconnect coil packs one
at time from each cylinder. Turn on ignition. If the fuse blows its NOT
that coil. When fuse does not blow, that IS the bad coil.
This takes some time but heck youre not going anywhere anywaze until its
fixed.
As I have said, IMHO all coils should be changed every 100k to avoid being
stranded somewhere. And makes for smooth boost.
The turn signal issue kinda sounds like a possible ignition switch failure.
